DaVero Farms and Winery is a small group of passionate farmers that focus on working in balance with nature, farming biodynamically and producing natural wines from over 14 Italian grape varietals.

We think it’s more interesting – and more fun – when you learn while you’re enjoying the bounty of our farm, so we offer a range of experiences that you can tailor to your wishes.

Discover the Farm is our signature winery experience that includes an in-depth tour and wine tasting, along with the invitation to become a member and access our highly allocated wines. This private tasting experience begins with an exploration of our estate vineyards and gardens while discussing the regenerative and Biodynamic farming practices we employ, and an introduction to our farm animals.

After our tour, we’ll sit down together in one of our private outdoor areas for a focused tasting showcasing 5 of our small lot, coveted wines, along with 2 of our estate olive oils and our imported 15-year aged balsamic vinegar. Each wine will be complemented with seasonal food pairings consisting of artisan cheeses, locally sourced charcuterie, and fruits.
