Present your company and job openings to candidates seeking both full and part-time positions in both Napa and Sonoma Counties. While The Job Fair is open to the public, it is for serious applicants only.

What to expect at The Job Fair:
At The Job Fair companies seeking employees will have an opportunity to present and share WHO they are, HOW candidates can apply, and WHAT positions are available.  Presenting benefits and compensation is optional.  During and after The Job Fair, job seekers are encouraged to reach out to you directly to apply.

Who Should Attend:
Any manager, director or business owner, HR Manager who is seeking candidates to hire!

We just need to add in the following for any Hiring Manager wanting to present, we require:

Presentation Details:
We are asking that you put together a short 3-5 slide presentation that we can share during the event and send to the participants after the event. As an employer you will have 3-5 minutes to present to all applicants during The Job Fair.

In your presentation, please include the following information:
Name of Company
Location of Company
Position Type (full time, part time, seasonal, etc.)
Title of Positions hiring for
Experience required for each position
Salary Range
Hiring time frame
Why employees want to work for you!
