Director of HR
Bardessono | Hotel Yountville

Hello, my name is Jenner Sampton. I work for Remington Lodging and Hospitality at the two most magical properties in Yountville. In my humble opinion, of course!

I have been at Bardessono since 2010. Remington acquired Bardessono in July of 2015 and Hotel Yountville in May of 2017. I am the Human Resources Director for both properties. I feel like my role has no limits in regards to responsibilities and tasks. I absolutely try my best to assist all associates in anything they need to be successful within our company. I am never too busy for anyone. Our associates are most important to us and it is crucial to remind them of that. Happy associates equal happy guests and happy owners! I am very passionate about creating a culture of trust, kindness, professionalism, learning and fun in my role in HR. We treat people how they like to be treated. We train people the way they need to be trained. I love our properties and could not be more proud to work with a team of individuals that are incredible human beings!
