Concierge Responsibilities:
•  Manage communications of reservations and general inquiries across all communication platforms with championed customer service and membership concierge.
•  Support team with wine shipments, updating client profiles in our database, itinerary planning for our club members, recommendations for guests.
•  Maintain winery calendar, ensuring accuracy and information sharing across the company.
•  Connect with and build relationships with high-end wine industry partnerships.
•  Cross-promote membership and wine sales.

Hospitality Hosting Responsibilities:
•  Welcome and host guests for a reserve tasting experience in a positive and professional manner that represents the brand.
•  Develop long-term client relations that lead to on-premise sales and wine club memberships.
•  Maintain a welcoming tasting room. Includes washing and polishing stemware, stocking inventory,
•  Follow the sales cycle through fulfillment and delivery to clients with appropriate communications.
•  Provide quality customer service communications, verbal and written communications with clients, prior to and after appointments.
•  Support with winery projects from hospitality to administrative duties, as requested by Manager.
•  Assist with outreach efforts to develop relationships within the community.

•  Experience providing premium wine hospitality, luxury retail, or high-end restaurant service.
•  Communicate positively in an engaging and welcoming manner.
•  Self-driven and collaborate as a team, as well as, work effectively independently.
•  Professionalism in both appearance and verbal/written communications.
•  Must be able to stand and host for extended periods of time, both in indoor and outdoor environments.
•  Applicants must be over 21 years old. Includes weekend hours.

Physical Requirements:
•  Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on an intermittent basis
•  Ability to work in standing for extended periods of time, indoor and outdoor settings.
•  Ability to effectively stock wine, set-up and break down of chairs, tables, umbrellas, etc with support equipment.
