Work week: Thursday – Monday, 9:30a-5:30p

Our new cave which holds our entire production facility below ground provides a unique visitor experience. Our Estate House is gorgeous with stunning views of the Stags Leap Palisades. Our brand is known for its authenticity, and we delight in sharing our estate grown wines with the multitude of guests who visit us every year.

DUTIES

What you’ll do:
• Impress our guests with your love to entertain and educate.
• Weave our story into yours to make the guest experience genuine, authentic and memorable.
• Obtain and document knowledge about each guest which will enhance the customer database to provide opportunities for future contact.
• Meet or exceed daily sales goals per guest. Every visitor will be delighted to leave with a purchase or membership, and you will feel the success through your commission.
• Show your team spirit and become part of our work family that has a tradition of support, care and mutual success.

A typical day:
• Complete the Hospitality Center daily open and close task list
• Review guest reservation list and familiarize yourself with key talking points that are guest relevant. Know in advance what sales opportunities you will offer each guest
• Obtain guest data to enhance the customer record in our CRM database. Enter these notes into the customer record.
• Deliver and meet daily per person sales goals and/or membership conversions
• Review daily sales with on-site manager

Your toolkit:
• Wine Industry CRM system (Commerce 7)
• Tock Reservation System
• In-house onboarding and training that includes a buddy system with our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:
• 21+ years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent certificate of completion
• 2 years’ experience in sales or hospitality
• Ability to stand or walk 6+ hours per day
• Ability to consistently lift 45 pounds
• Ability to make change from a register
• Organize and maintain a clean and efficient environment
• Interact and effectively work with fellow team members in a professional manner
