The role of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Performing within the fields of marketing, sales, and hospitality, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator works cross-functionally with colleagues in production, hospitality, vineyard management, and wholesale, enabling the brand to innovate and grow. The position combines marketing, administrative, and design responsibilities supporting the Direct-to-Consumer channel.
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator assists in the execution of creative digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media account communication, customer management, shipping and fulfillment, and membership and mailing list wine releases. The position requires a proactive and resourceful team member with the determination, confidence, high-initiative, and drive to deliver excellence.
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is articulate, technically and digitally savvy, has an eye for creative composition, and is passionate about the growth and success of Direct-to-Consumer wine sales.
