THE POSITION:
The position is of Hospitality & Sales Associate will be responsible for creating exceptional, memorable experiences for our guests here at the estate.
This role will be focused on developing lasting relationships and driving sales/club sign-ups on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate is a positive, motivated team player who enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a team environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Host various levels of tours, tastings and guest experiences for both consumer and trade, including virtual tastings
• Drive sales and club sign-ups through DTC channels: In-Person, email, phone and outside events
• Assist in outreach programs and be a liaison to specialty drivers, concierges, destination companies and fellow winery hospitality referral leads.
• Assist with winery projects, ranging from hospitality to administrative duties
• Attend and participate in tasting room meetings and other general winery meetings
