Execution (85%)
•  Drive memorable experiences that creates loyalists to Cuvaison and Brandlin Estates.
•  Responsible for all Tasting Room staff including recruiting, hiring, training and development, scheduling, reviews, and any disciplinary actions required.
•  Work with Estate Director and Wine Club and DTC Analytics Manager to generate visitation traffic flow, develop KPI metrics, club acquisition and retention.
•  Executes service operations with TR team all onsite and off-site events
•  Responsible for daily operating TR operations
•  Performs and manages prompt handling of customer concerns in a positive manner with appropriate resolution, including shipping, club membership and customer service for all guests.
•  Manages and reports on budget, income, and expenses.
•  With entire DtC team evaluates effectiveness of programs by performing periodic reviews and auditing customer with feedback on a regular basis. Implement changes as needed to reach plan and objective
•  Responsible for POS and reservation system management and maintenance. Currently Wine direct, AMS and Tock.
•  Oversees the hospitality luxury and feel from arrival to departure
•  Manages and maintains TR inventory
•  General upkeep of hospitality areas
•  Manages Tasting experiences with Estate Director

Strategy & Analytics (15%)
•  Strong knowledge and learning Point of sales systems.
•  Maintain accurate reports and data as needed.
•  Inventory analysis.
•  Assist in reports each month on team’s tactics, ROI as well as forecast and budgeting.




•  Tasting room experience and sales.
•  Knowledge of Napa AVA.
•  Beverage alcohol experience preferred.
•  Strong interpersonal skills.
•  Should have experience in POS, sales materials, club sales and event experience.
•  Self-motivated and able to manage project with little oversight.
•  Must be solution oriented and can think on your feet.
•  Demonstrates flexibility as priorities change and work collaboratively in team environment.
•  Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
•  Flexible schedule required; some work may include weekends, nights, and travel with overnight stays.
•  Possess valid driver’s license.
•  Ability to travel for offsite events
•  Able to lift to 50 lbs.
