Winery Relations Coordinator/Manager

Hospitality Sales Associate

We are looking for a self-motivated Winery Relations Coordinator/Manager. This is a fully remote position and is available as a part-time or full-time opportunity. The candidate will help us review, carefully select, and invite new wineries in CA, OR, and WA to join our Wine Pass program. The candidate will work with our current wineries to help grow and maintain relationships. The position also entails working with corporate groups for planning wine tasting outings in Napa and Sonoma, various web-related projects (managing blogs, website updates, etc.), and additional outreach promoting our services to wineries.

There is growth opportunity to expand into a corporate client success manager.

DUTIES

  • Promote and sign up new wineries for our Priority Wine Pass program.
  • Staying up to date with current partners and proposing new growth opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with wineries interested in hosting large corporate groups
  • Sell our in-person planning service to our corporate partners
  • Assist with in-person planning
  • Update the team on new changes and relationships with wineries
  • Review existing winery listings on our website to ensure accuracy.
  • Other opportunities to help promote and sell our virtual experiences would also be available.
  • Come up with inventive ways to use our mailing lists to benefit customers and Priority Wine Pass/Priority Experiences

  • Has worked in the wine industry
  • Has an affinity for sales
  • Is a go-getter
  • Articulate, well-spoken/well written.
  • Independent and strives in a hands-off environment.
