Hospitality Sales Associate

The Private Client Sales & Events Representative is a respected, trusted, and enthusiastic Wine Professional who has excellent organizational and customer-facing skills.

To be a key contributor and one of the founding consulting professionals for a boutique, limited production, premium winery with over 100 years of wine heritage.

As an extension of our Winery, the S. R. Tonella Cellars Private Client Sales & Events Representative will be responsible for various key client-facing responsibilities.


Act as host, concierge and coordinator for client facing tasting experiences + events.

Host various levels of tasting and group experiences.

Coordinate and plan onsite and offsite events
including tasting experiences, Wine Dinners & related events.

  • Drive sales and club sign-ups through DTC
    channels: In-Person, email, phone, and off-site
  • Field incoming calls and in-person guests
  • Schedule tasting appointments as well as concierge requests.
  • Manage tasting/concierge winery email inbox both inbound and outbound correspondence
  • Collaborate with team to stock inventory across all company needs.
  • Assist with winery projects, with a focus on client processes and best practices.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as Point of Sales experience.
  • 2-5 years of hospitality and sales experience
  • Able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license.
