Sojourn Cellars is a highly acclaimed, artisan producer of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay wines, located in the town of Sonoma.

This is a full-time position for the role of Office Manager. You will be working in a fast paced, professional business operation. QuickBooks experience is required, and additional training will be provided.

  • Order processing and support: order entry, shipment notifications
  • Bookkeeping: recording expenses, receiving/depositing checks, invoicing customers
  • Shipping logistics management
  • Inventory management: updating QB as needed, month-end reconciliation
  • State Compliance administrative support
  • Customer service: Handling customer emails/phone calls, entering new orders, event support
  • Purchasing: ordering supplies as management: filing, copying, scanning, and mail handling
  • Record keeping
  • Special projects as needed
  • Sales Team miscellaneous support


  • Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software
  • Knowledge of general accounting
  • Preference to work in a small business environment (eg must be flexible)
  • Good communication skills
    Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Computer savvy with new software and online computer systems
  • High degree of accuracy with numbers
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift 40lbs
